Symptom

  • You have noticed that HANA System Replication gets interrupted by Log shipping timeouts and you would like to understand how this happened and what actions can be taken so that it doesn't happen in future.
  • You see a similar error message in the HANA Index server trace file: 
    e sr_dataaccess DisasterRecoveryPrimaryImpl.cpp(00577) : Closing connection to siteID X. LogShipping was waiting for 36 seconds (logshipping_timeout = 30)!
