3378594 - Log of Run Revenue Recognition app with fewer fields

Before CE2308, if you execute jobs with app Run Revenue Recognition, you should get the complete list of spool request with detailed amounts of the revenue recognition calculation.
However, after the upgrade, the fields are much less.
