3378609 - Cost Center and Employees Are not Updated in the SAP Concur After a Tenant Refresh in the SAP Business ByDesign

Symptom

You noticed that after performing a tenant refresh at the SAP Business ByDesign, the data related to Employees and Cost Centers in the Concur side are not updated properly.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Master Data Replication work center.
  2. Then go to the Employee Outbound Runs.
  3. Click teh Application Log.
  4. Check the Employee data.

Cause

The inconsistencies were caused by the Tenant Refresh. After the system refresh the data must be sent from Business ByDesign to Concur once again.

Resolution

From the Business ByDesign side, you need to re-send all active Employees and Cost Objects via the Master Data Replication work center.

In cases where Employees or Cost Centers are active in the Concur side, however, they are inactive in Business ByDesign, then the instances must be fixed in the Concur System. If needed, kindly raise an case to the Concur support.
