The candidate's employee profile is still inactvie after cancelling the offboarding process and termination record.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. The user was terminated and the employee profile is inactive
2. The offboarding process is not completed and is canceled
3. The employee profile is still inactive and cannot be restored

The termination date is set to today or a past date. 

Employee Profile becomes inactive on the termination date.

• If the termination date is set to a future date, then by deleting offboarding process and canceling the termination, Employee Profile can still become active.
• If the termination date is today or in the past, the inactive status cannot be changed. 

For example, if the candidate was terminated on 29th August ---- if termination date in future (> 29th August ) , then HR can delete offboarding records and candidate can become active. But if termination date is on 29th August or <29th August, it will still inactive.
