3378709 - Rehire candidate is not visible on Onboarding Dashboard when reinitiated from Recruiting - Onboarding

Rehire was initiated from Recruiting, but due to some data change needed to be canceled and reinitiated from Recruiting, however this time they didn't reach Onboarding Dashboard.

After reinitiating it, the first rehire check is not completed.

Let rehire coordinator go to "To-Do list", find "Perform Rehire Verification" card, then complete the rehire task for this candidate. Candidate will be shown on the onboarding dashboard again.
