3378789 - Incorrect mapping of calendar date between RCM and RPO - Recruiting Posting

When a mapping (field completion rule) is done between a calendar date field on Recruiting Management to a Recruiting Posting calendar field, the date mapped in Recruiting Posting is sometimes not reflecting the Recruiting Management date.

The issue is that Recruiting Posting does not recognize the time zone or the offset when retrieving certain dates. Because of this, sometimes there are difference between RPO date and RCM date.

SuccessFactors will migrate all Datacenters to UTC time zone starting 2021 in 2 phases. The migration of the second phase will resolve the issue and the mapping should work as designed after the migration of all datacenters. 

The first phase took place between 2021 and 2023. The second phase is presently in progress and is planned for completion by the end of 2024.
