3378911 - Parameter is Missing in Mashup Authoring Screen

You have created a mashup but in the System Parameter Binding field you cannot find the field you are looking for.

1. Click on the profile icon and select Settings.
2. Go to all settings.
3. Open Mashup Authoring screen.
4. Select affected mashup and click on edit.
5. Under parameter section click on +.
6. Click on the object value selector button for System Parameter Binding field.
7. You will see only few fields are available, but the one you need is not there.

The application parameter will be available in the adaptation mode while adding the mashup to the screen. The parameters available will depend on the entity in which you are trying to add the mashup (for example Accounts, Leads, Contacts etc).

1. Click on the profile icon and select Settings.
2. Go to all settings.
3. Open Mashup Authoring screen.
4. Select affected mashup and click on edit.
5. Under parameter section click on +.
6. Add any name for the parameter and save the mashup.

1. Now go to the screen in which you want to add the mashup.
2. Open any record.
3. Start adaptation.
4. Create a new tab to add the mashup and click on Apply.
5. Open the new tab and hover over the empty content space. Click on the pencil button to edit. A new tab opens.
6. Find the desired mashup and select the arrow available next to Add Mashup to open a new window.
7. You will see a pop up for edit properties.
8. The parameter name you added in mashup authoring should appear and you can select a value from the dropdown.
9. Click on apply
10. End session of adaptation mode.
