3378917 - The Error Message "Corrupt Template; contact your administrator" is Displayed When Trying to Upload an Excel Template to Create a Sales Order Document

When trying to add a field from the XML in the Sales Order Microsoft Excel template and uploading the file in the system, the error message "Corrupt Template; contact your administrator" is displayed in the screen.

1. Go to the Sales Oder work center.
2. Go to the Sales Order view.
3. Select New button.
4. In the dropdown, Select Sales Order from Excel.
5. Open the Excel Template.
6. Click with the Right button on any of the fields from the Template.
7. Select XML option.
8. Select XML Source option.
9. Drag any field from the XML and Drop in the Excel template.
10. Fill all the mandatory field of the template.
11. Select Save data as button.

The error "Corrupt template - contact system admin" is displayed in the screen.

The Sales Order Excel template does not allow the addition of any XML fields in order to create Sales Order Documents.

Therefore, when a Sales Order Excel template is uploaded in the system with an XML field customized in the template, the error message "Corrupt Template; contact your administrator" is triggered.

This is a standard behavior.
