Symptom

When the "Intelligent Services Centre (ISC)" page is accessed, the screen is blank and nothing is displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access "Intelligent Services Centre (ISC)" to trigger an event
  2. The screen that appears is blank, only the client's logo is displayed
    Results: No action can be performed

Cause

This could be a configuration issue in Manage Languages, where there is an HTML text present.

Resolution

As per our Engineering team, this is a configuration issue. Please make sure to correct the message for the key "ADMIN_CONFIGURE_SCORECARD_SORT_BY", removing the html text.

This is done via Manage Languages as per KBA 2576546 - Using the Manage Language Feature to Change Labels in SuccessFactors
