3379004 - Missing goods movements after canceling confirmations

Symptom

No goods movement posted during cancelation of a production order confirmation.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Cancel a production order confirmation in Cancel Production Order Confirmation app (CO13)
  2. Check the goods movements
  3. Try to display the material document.
  4. No material document is available.

Cause

Miss to check the transactions for preprocessing / postprocessing records.

Resolution

  1. Call Display Production Order Confirmation app (CO14) to display confirmation.
  2. Select confirmation and press button 'goods movements overview'.
  3. If the goods movements listed here as blue lines, you need to check if there are records in app Reprocess Goods Movements (COGI)/Predefined Confirmation Processes(CO1P)/Reprocess Errors in Actual Costs（COFC).
  4. Post the records listed there.

Note: If there is no entry in goods movements overview and no records can be found in COGI/CO1P/COFC, it can happen that the records were manually deleted from COGI.
