Symptom

Existing candidate has accepted once a DPCS, and then a new version of the DPCS is created and the candidate does not accept/nor decline the new version. Which is the criteria to purge them after new DPCS set up?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Resolution

In this scenario, the candidate profile will not be purged based on the Period of Non-Acceptance of DPCS, but it will be purge if it reached the Period of Inactivity defined in the system instead.

This happens because the Period of Non-Acceptance of DPCS is applicable only for new candidate profiles that are created on behalf of the candidates.
