3379079 - DTO execution with active rule does not change partition temperature

You have defined a fiscal characteristic (e.g. 0FISCPER, 0FISCYEAR) as your criteria for partitioning your object.
Also, you have defined a temperature rule based on a relative period in a ADSO.
For example: Data Older than 1 Month Move to WARM (COLD/DELETE) Temperature.

Then you execute the DTO, it runs successfully and nothing changes with your data that should be matched by the rule condition.
