3379111 - New Hire rule execution after alert/warning message in 2H 2023

During a hire/rehire scenario, onSave rules and validations are executed as soon as the hiring manager clicks on Submit/Save. If the system displays any warning messages/alerts, and the user clicks 'Continue', the rules and validations will be processed a second time.

There is a change with Centralized Services that causes rules and validations to trigger a second time after a user selects 'Continue' on a warning popup at the end of the hiring process. Please be aware that no functional changes will occur unless an onSave rule is setup in PersonInfo to generate the ID, which will result in the loss of a sequence number.

This is a known issue and will be addressed in a future fix

Workaround: Please disable the switch in Company System and Logo Settings = Enable Centralized Services to Add New Employee, Add New Employee for Fixed Term, and Rehire Inactive Employee.
