I'm sending a Status Update Request (SUR) with approval to a Service Entry Sheet from the ERP via SAP Managed Gateway for Spend & Network and getting the message that Service entry sheet StatusUpdateRequest document failed with error: BusinessNetwork response is :"Bad Request" and ErrorCode:"400" and ErrorResponse:"Error:Can not find document with documentID XXXX and documentDate 20XX-XX-XXTXX:XX:XX+XX:XX. Please contact support with the Error Reference Number: ANERR-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX for more details.. Suggested Action : Document failed in Business Network.ErrorCode:CIG-PLT-00644.
