3379326 - Submit Button is Disabled in Open Sales Orders

Submit button is disabled in some sales orders with status Open. 

SAP Business ByDesign 

1. Go to Sales Orders work center -> Sales Orders view. 
2. Select Sales Orders ABC and DEF. (ABC and DEF represents 2 sales order IDs)
3. For sales order ABC the Submit button is enabled, but not for sales order DEF. 

Submit button offers 2 options to submit the document.

1. “Submit -> Release Order": When sales order is In Preparation status, Click "Submit -> Release Order" button to release the order. Once the order is released, it is with status Open, and the button "Submit -> Release Order" option is then disabled.
2. “Submit -> Send Order Confirmation to Account": When the order is Open status, and the button is clicked, system sends output document to customer as per the output settings in the order. Then, the Submit button becomes disabled. 

For “Submit -> Release Order" button, once the order is released, it is not possible to enable it again. 

For “Submit -> Send Order Confirmation to Account", it will be enabled again when there is any change made in the order.
