3379383 - Submit Button is Disabled in Open Sales Orders

Submit button is disabled in some sales orders with status Open. 

SAP Business ByDesign 

1. Go to Sales Orders work center -> Sales Orders view. 
2. Select Sales Orders ABC and DEF. (ABC and DEF represents 2 sales order IDs)
3. For sales order ABC the Submit button is enabled, but not for sales order DEF. 

"Submit -> Send Order Confirmation to Account" will be enabled when there is a change in the sales order which need to be updated to customer. 

This is a standard system behavior.
