3379452 - When opening a text editor for email or to edit a template you receive a ckeditor error message

Symptom

When sending an email or opening a template in Manage Offer Letter Templates you receive the following error message:

We can’t load https://cke4.ckeditor.com/ckeditor4-secure-version/versions.json?v=4.22.1 because it violates the Content Security Policy directive: connect-src.
Please contact your system administrator or Product Support for assistance.

Reproducing the Issue

An example means to reproduce the issue: (This issue can occur elsewhere with this text editor)

Go to Recruiting
Select an Job Requisition
Open any application within the Job Requisition
Select Send Email in the correspondence portlet
When the page loads you receive the error

Cause

Issue is under investigation by engineering

Resolution

At the moment the error does not prevent functionality, selecting ok allows users to continue as before.
