1. Access the app Manage Inspection Lots
2. Select a Inspection lot and navigate to Details screen
3. Click on Attachments tab
4. Button "Upload" not available and dropping files to upload does not work

The UI for app Manage Inspection Lots is a display only which does not support upload of documents. You can only display assigned documents there.

If you want to attach documents to inspection lots you can use the app "Manage Usage Decision" (included in business catalog "QM - Usage Decisions") which has an edit mode and supports the upload of documents.

As an alternative you can assign business catalog "Document Management - Document Handling" (SAP_PLM_BC_DIR_EXTD_PC ) to a users and use app "Manage Documents" to create a new attachment.

Afterwards go to app "Manage Inspection Lots". In the worklist click on the ID of the inspection lot to which you want to assign your attachment and select "Change Inspection Lot". On tab "Documents" you can then add a new line and select the attachment you have created before to assign it to the inspection lot.

The documents will then be also visible in the Attachments section of Manage Inspection Lots UI.
