3379525 - [Onboarding] Phone Number concatenation on Section 1

A phone number formatting issue occurs if the Personal Data Collection (PDC) step has a customized format for the new hire's phone number. When the phone number format is customized in the PDC step, the phone number is prepopulated in the new hire's Form I-9 without the correct hyphenation.

• This is a known issue, Engineering Team is working on the same.

Permanent Fix: 

• The expected fix is scheduled for 2H 2023 Release.

Workaround:

• Customers can manually correct the format if they face any issues.
