When the user is trying to create a limit item requisition, he get the validation error:

ValidityStartDate must be set

ValidityEndDate must be set

Why do I see the error "ValidityEndDate must be set" and "ValidityStartDate must be set"?

The user cannot submit a requisition with error "ValidityStartDate must be set"
