3379561 - I-9 Purge after specific time of employee termination - Onboarding

• How can we set up scheduled purging of I-9 documents as an automation in SuccessFactors at a specific time after an employee has been terminated?
• Can we set up the purge only for I-9 form?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

You can configure the retention period through DRTM by selecting the 'documents' option, which allows for the retention period to be applied effectively.

Please note: It will clear all documents in addition with I-9. A way to purge only I-9 documents is not available currently.
