3379582 - [Onboarding] Mass completion of Hiring manager's tasks

• When the hiring manager is completing New Hire Tasks from the home page To-Do menu, the mass completion pop-up, that allows them to simultaneously complete new hire tasks for multiple users with same activity, does not appear for some candidates.

• This is a known issue. The Engineering Team is working on the same.

• The expected fix for the same is schedule for 2H 2023 Release
