3379607 - In App 'Process Purchase Requisitions V2 ' the button 'Create Purchase Order' is not active

A user has created a Purchase requisition and goes to the App Process Purchase Requisitions (V2) to create a follow on Purchase Order 
however the 'Create Purchase Order' TAB is not active and they cannot proceed. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a Purchase Requisition in the manage purchase requisitions professional APP
2. Go to the App Process Purchase Requisitions (V2) and find the PR
3. Select the Line
4. The option to create a PR is not available 

In the new Process Purchase Requisitions App a fixed supplier is mandatory to start the Purchase Order process.

Note ** Stock Transfer Purchase Requisitions created by MRP or otherwise, cannot be processed in this APP currently.
MRP generated PR's are processed in the background whereas regular PR's are processed in dialog allowing editing.
For such Purchase Requisitions you can use the 'Assign and Process Purchase Requisition' APP instead to create the PO. 

Assign a fixed supplier to activate the 'Create Purchase Order' TAB and create a PO.

 Once you enter Fixed supplier it will  ask for info record, here is the KBA to solve it
