3379607 - App Process Purchase Requisitions V2 Create Purchase Order TAB not active

You have created a Purchase requisition and go to the App Process Purchase Requisitions (V2) to create a follow on Purchase Order 
however the 'Create Purchase Order' TAB is not active and you cannot proceed. 

SAP S/4Hana Cloud - All Versions 

• Create a Purchase Requisition in the manage purchase requisitions professional APP
• Go to the App Process Purchase Requisitions (V2) and find the PR
• Select the Line 
• The option to create a PR is not available 

In the new Process Purchase Requisitions App a fixed supplier is mandatory to start the Purchase Order process.

Assign a fixed supplier to activate the 'Create Purchase Order' TAB and create a PO.
