3379618 - Analysis of "No common SSL/TLS ciphersuite with SSL/TLS client" errors

Symptom

SSL/TLS connections are not performed, with the following errors on ICM/Web Dispatcher traces:

ClientHello::cipher_suites does not contain any cipher suite that the server accepts.
ClientHello message does not offer any cipher suite the server was configured to support.
*** ERROR => No common SSL/TLS ciphersuite with SSL/TLS client!
ERROR: SapSSLSessionStartNB(sssl_hdl=7f543c015530)==SSSLERR_NO_COMMON_CIPHERSUITE
SapSSLErrorName()==SSSLERR_NO_COMMON_CIPHERSUITE
ERROR => IcmConnInitServerSSL: SapSSLSessionStartNB returned
