3379619 - System Overview - Usage - Wrong numbers

• In Administration Cockpit, only some users are being displayed in the details table.
• If you click on any dashboard in PUBLIC structure, the adoption and the user counts are totally messed up. 
• The numbers are appearing wrong since the rollout of the new admin cockpit.

1. Access SAC tenant 
2. Open System Overview > Usage > Adoption
3. Navigate to Public folder 
4. See the wrong numbers
