The user can view the Onboarding Dashboard and see others' tasks even if the "Hide the onboarding dashboard" setting is selected.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Reproducing the Issue
- Login in the instance
- Proxy as the affected user
- Go to Onboarding Dashboard
Cause
The "Onboarding or Offboarding Object > Process" permission results in the Onboarding Dashboard being displayed, even if the "Hide the onboarding dashboard" setting is selected.
Target population is not set properly.
Resolution
To fix this, you'll need to withdraw this permission.
If you want to grant permission to the user only for the the assigned tasks, only to the "New Hire Activities" tasks permission need to be granted.
Check the Target population of the permission role with Process enabled.
