3379719 - Workflow ERROR - The operation could not be performed because there were errors with other records reported. FTE is a required field and cannot be blank

When final approver of the workflow approves the termination workflow the below error message pops up:

1.The operation could not be performed because there were errors with other records reported.
2.FTE is a required field and cannot be blank.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Employee Termination

1. Proxy as final approver.
2. Navigate to Workflow details page.
3. Approve the workflow.
4. Error pops up.

This issue was occurring because the FTE value was not saved as part of Workflow attributes hence on approval the value of FTE is null which was causing the error.

The fix for this has been patched as part of code correction on Sep 7th. However, workflows which got created before the patch was available in production need to be solved by applying one of the below:

• Please send back the workflow and re-initiate the workflow again. (OR)
• The workaround to bypass the issue is to Disable Centralised Services for Termination UI.
  This can be done by going to Admin Centre > Company System and Logo Settings > Disable "Enable Centralized Services to Save Changes on the Manager Self-Service UI for Termination Details" > Save Changes.
