3379893 - Not able to generate metadata file for SSO configuration in Commerce Cloud

Symptom

After doing implementation of Azure AD authentication (SAML SSO) in the commerce cloud, it cannot able to generate Metadata for SSO configuration and will find this error: 
"SEVERE: Servlet.service() for servlet [samlsinglesignon] in context with path [/samlsinglesignon] threw exception
org.springframework.security.saml2.Saml2Exception: Extension samlsinglesignon is misconfigured. Operation not supported
at de.hybris.platform.samlsinglesignon.security.EmptyRelyingPartyRegistrationRepository.findByRegistrationId(EmptyRelyingPartyRegistrationRepository.java:27)"
