When searching for a user who has multiple employments (past, present or future, Regular, Contingent, Concurrent or Global Assignment) in the Global Search, the search label shows 'Multiple Employments', even though all employments except one are currently inactive. Additionally, the inactive employments still show up in the Quick Card.

Cause
This is because the "Show Inactive Users" feature is enabled and permissioned in "Company System and Logo Settings". This allows you to see inactive employments, and so these employments are treated as 'multiple employments' for the employee, even if they are inactive.
Resolution
Please consider disabling the feature "Show Inactive Users" in Company System and Logo Settings based on your business requirements.
