3380028 - ODP : Delta DTP fails due to duplicate key SODQ666

Symptom

When execute DTP get error in extraction:

The system tried to insert a data record, even though a data record with the same primary key already exists
Message no. SODQ666

Sometimes the error above is thrown out with other languages rather than English.

The following message is seen in BIDTPR* job in subscriber side but not in ODPR* job of ODQMON:
