Symptom

SAP Note Nr. 2634645 explains how you can use WebDynpro configuration customizing (i.e. administrator personalization) to change the tooltips (i.e. "on mouse over events") for Project Management or Portfolio Management fields. You would like to know how to translate these changed texts to other languages (to enable the use of custom tooltips in different languages).
