3380208 - You are Unable to Access the Tenant With Error "You are not Authorized to Access UI Application."

While accessing the tenant the following message is displayed:

"You are not authorized to access UI application."

SAP Business ByDesign

Login to the tenant URL

There might be several causes for the issue.

Please try to login with the user in a different desktop or laptop.

Try clearing browser cache and cookies and try accessing the system.

Also, you can contact your network team in order to verify if there are any restriction regarding the tenant.
