3380211 - Order Unavailable Warning 'This item is not set up for ordering' displays at Other classification Item Details Page - SuccessFactors Learning

• Order Unavailable Warning displays on Other classification Item Details page.
• Order button at top-right corner is greyed out.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login to SF > Access Learning > Click any item with other classification
2. Unable to click greyed out order button > Order Unavailable Warning displays
3. Detailed message: "This item is not set up for ordering. Please contact your system administrator. " displays

Task is not set up properly.

There are 2 possible causes: Task Checlist or Enable Order field is not turned ON.

To enable Task Checklist:

1. Access Learning Administration > Access the Item page
2. Access task tab under the item page > Click the gear icon
3. Enable task checklist and save (For detailed introduction of task process, please check Help)

To turn on Enable Order:

1. Access Learning Administration > Access the Item page
2. Swithc on 'Enable Order' field > Save
