3380247 - Long text indicator is set but the long text content is blank for catalog code in transaction code QS41

Symptom

For the long text of catalog code, table QPCT shows long text indicator 'QPCT-LTEXTV' is set, and the long text entry exists on table STXH, however if you display the long text in QS41, the content is blank.
