3380273 - [Onboarding] New Hire Template - Custom MDF objects Rehire Scenario

Symptom

By using the new hire template functionality due to which we are capturing all the standard and custom MDFs on the Personal Data Collection.

Is this applicable for Rehire scenarios?

Reproducing the Issue

For "New Hire", it displays all the standard and custom MDFs on the Personal Data Collection.
For "Rehire on old employment or "Rehire on new employment", only the standard MDFs are being displayed as a data review step.

Expected Behavior

Resolution

As per the Standard product design, we don't have any feasibility to collect custom MDF object data as part of Configurable New Hire for Rehire with Old Employment / New Employment. You must follow the Custom Data Collection process to capture that data.
