3380354 - No alert is generated if the receiver channel is stopped


You have configured Component-based message alert (CBMA) and in normal case you could receive alert e-mails for error message processing in runtime. However you notice that when the receiver channel is stopped, there is error message reported in message monitor, however no alert e-mail is received.
