Document Tags for Quote Tables <<QUOTE_TABLE_COLUMN(NameOfColumnHere)>> displays the attribute value code, not attribute value.

This is the way how quote tables works. When you choose attribute value in quote table column which is of attribute type, in database will be saved value code instead value (which is shown to user). Because of that, value code is being printed instead value during the document generation.

Only workaround would be to use same values for attribute values and value codes and in that way generated values (values in document) will be same as they are shown on quote.
