Change the PDF template in app 'Balance Sheet/Income Statement' (App ID F0708) not possible.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Cause
In app Balance Sheet/Income Statement the PDF Preview is a pre-defined formatted output which cannot reflect the configured columns because the table behind is not configurable.
Resolution
In app Balance Sheet/Income Statement – Multidimensional (App ID W016), export financial statement to PDF.
The generic PDF export adapts to the currently displayed columns and rows on the UI.
