3380635 - Performance Form Sections are Missing When Viewing Them Via 'Show PDF'

When viewing a performance form via Show PDF, some sections are not displayed even though they're in the performance form.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Log in to system
2. Home dropdown > Performance
3. Select a performance form
4. Click on the PDF icon > click on Show PDF
5. A new page opens and there are sections missing

Section names are blank

The intended system behavior of performance form sections is as follows:

• When there is no section name for a section, it's merged with the previous section which has a name
• When the previous section which has a name is hidden, it's merged with the previous available section with name and permission
• If a section with no section name is the first section on a performance form, it cannot merge with a previous section and will not appear

Workarounds:

• Use the Print button on the form
• Populate a name in the section title
