Symptom
Field set to be read only at groupware settings doesn't reflect as such in the add-in view.
Environment
- SAP Cloud for Customer
- Server Side Integration
Reproducing the Issue
- Login in the Server Side Application.
- Try to create a new object e.g. ticket.
- Notice that the field that was made visible at Groupware settings is editable.
Resolution
For new objects: During the creation dialog, the field will always remain editable for the user.
For existing objects: When the "Read Only" flag is activated, the specified field will not be editable for existing objects.
