3380693 - Message no. SO323 - Documents of this type can only be processed with 'Export'

Symptom 1:

When display the attachment in GOS(Service for Object) -> Attachment list, the document is not opened instead it ask to save file:

When display attachment e.g. in tansaction SBWP:
