3380717 - It is not possible to insert more than 10 receivers in App Manage Allocations

Symptom

When creating a cycle via Fiori App Manage Allocations and inserting in the segment receivers tab more than 10 fields, error message "Maximum fields definition exceeded. XX fields selected. Maximum is 10 fields." is raised.
