Symptom
Job alerts are not getting saved when the candidate creates the job alerts using 'Create Alert' button.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing
Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to the career site as an existing user.
- Put a search term in the Keyword field and click Search Jobs.
- On the search results page, click the Create Alert Button.
- Message will appear that "Thank you very much! Your account has been successfully updated."
- Click on the View profile button.
- Once on RCM navigate to Options > Job Alerts.
- Once on the RCM Job Alert manager page, note that the job alert created for your search term in the earlier steps does not appear.
*The issue is reproducible if this is a completely fresh session - the issue may not occur if the user closes the tab or reopen the site in a "regular" browser session.
