3380727 - Why is the attachment log in the PR history section indicating a delay

Checking the History tab of a Purchase Requisition the log entry for the attachment to be sent to S/4 HANA is a few minutes after the PR has been submitted.

For the attachments to be send, there is a separate background job for the attachment to be transferred to S/4 HANA. It can take up to 15 minutes to be transferred.

In case of any failures there is a configurable retry mechanism.

The attachment entry in the history section can indicate a delay of a few minutes based on the job to run and complete is an expected behavior as per the current design.
