3380736 - In the Sales Document Items, you are using Advanced filter to filter out the Accrual Method data but you couldn't see any data in the drop down.

In the Sales Document Items, by using Advance Filter you are trying to filter the field Accrual Method with some data but initially when you check so there is no data exists in the drop down.

SAP Business ByDesign 

1) Go to Cost and Revenue work center.

2) Go to Sales document items sub view.

3) Filter it with Customer contract items.

4) Click Advanced filter near search filter.

5) Under Accounting Data, click the drop down for field Accrual Methos.

There you will see no data.

There won't be any data for field Accrual Method, because there is no data was selected in Revenue type field. Because Accrual Method type determination is based on the Revenue Type. Without the Revenue type no data will be available in the Accrual Method drop down.

First try to select the data for the field Revenue Type. (For Example : Product Sales, Customer Returns, Customer Contracts). Then you click the drop down button for field Accrual Method. Now you will some data which is relevant to the mentioned Revenue Type.
