3380781 - Importing Account Hierarchy from BW results rejected the rows unexpectedly in SAC

Importing Account Hierarchy from BW results inconsistent number of rows loading into SAC Planning model.

Some of the rejected rows with below error message:

• Must be leaf node in hierachy
• Data cannot be imported to new non-leaf node
