3380800 - Permission error when creating a Job Requisition from Position Org Chart - Recruiting Management

• Cannot create a requisition with the new template even the permission is granted.
• As a user, you do not have permission to create a form. To enable 'Permission to Create Forms' in Admin Center, contact your administrator. with the index 0

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Position Org Chart
2. Select a position
3. Click the action menu and select Create Job Requisition
4. Click Create button
5. The error occurs

• RBP model hasn't been refreshed immediately.
• The error is caused by an internal inconsistency within the DC.

1. Please refresh RBP model manually.

1. Go to Provisioning > Company Settings
2. Search for "Refresh RBP Permission Configuration"
3. Click Refresh button

*Refer to the KBA 2544719 - Setting Up a RBP Refresh Job in SuccessFactors regarding options to schedule the RBP refresh job.

2. If the error occurs intermittently, please clear the company cache by running a one-time job with the Job Type ???PROVISIONING_JOB_TYPE_CLEAR_COMANY_CACHE_JOB???.

1. Go to Provisioning > Manage Scheduled Jobs
2. Click Create New Job
3. Enter Job Name and Job Owner
4. In Job Type, select '???PROVISIONING_JOB_TYPE_CLEAR_COMANY_CACHE_JOB???'
5. Click Create Job
6. Click Run It Now from the Actions menu
