Since SAP Commerce Cloud offers various technologies, such as Dynatrace and Catchpoint, to continuously monitor the customer's environment, observability, Monitoring and Performance Management are available as a self-service. These can be really important during cut-over activities (like sales events, high traffic, performance tests, data loading, testing, etc.) in the customer's SAP Commerce Cloud environment.
Further, the monitoring activities (such as standby calls, bridges or individual monitoring requests) are not included in the SAP Commerce Support offering. It is advised that SAP Customers only report a case once they have identified a problem which requires SAP Support's involvement to fix.
