3380932 - ERROR: "XMLhttp: Request failed with the status code ‘500’" - SAP HANA Smart Data Integration

• The system is connected to the remote source with the ExcelAdapter from the agent machine, the target SAP HANA is from a HEC system, when previewing data on the virtual table, sometimes it will time out with the error:
• Error: "Could not open “***” ERROR: XMLhttpRequest failed with the status code was ‘500’"
• Sometimes for a success execution, it will return the results in 1 seconds, the excel file is small with only a few records.
