Symptom

Promotion Management Wizard throws error : Scenario failed: Export (Live CMS to lcmbiar file) !

com.crystaldecisions.sdk.exception.SDKException$InvalidObjectID: the object with ID Ad7w68IutB5BjpD7GO8DWC4 does not exist in the CMS or you do not have the right to access it (FWM 02020)

In CMC > Promotion Management gets error :

Sorry, Promotion management application is unable to process your request.
The error from the server is: com.crystaldecisions.sdk.exception.SDKException$InvalidObjectID: The object with ID Ad7w68IutB5BjpD7GO8DWC4 does not exist in the CMS or you do not have the right to access it (FWM 02020) at com.businessobjects.lcm.core.CMSLocal.getLCMAppObject(CMSLocal.java:2254)
